OVERALL, and in general, when would you prefer to have the next round of Final Fantasy Exchange?

If we bumped the start of Round 3 to early 2010, it would screw up the Chocobo Down we'd assigned to participants, as we stated they'd have an entire year to make up their penalty. If you were given a Chocobo Down Penalty, would you be willing to rush to complete it in order to have a round of FFEX next year?
